Axhoj Enterprises is seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter / Punch Out Technician to help put the finishing touches on our steel-framed modular homes before they leave our factory. This isn't rough framing. This is the final stage—the details that make a house feel like a home. You'll be the last set of eyes on each project, ensuring every home meets our quality standards before it reaches the customer. What You'll Do Complete final punch-list items throughout finished homes Install and adjust trim, doors, hardware, cabinetry, and finish materials Perform touch-ups and minor repairs as needed Identify and correct cosmetic and workmanship issues Work closely with production supervisors and other trades Ensure homes meet company quality standards before shipment Maintain a clean and organized work area What We're Looking For Previous finish carpentry experience required Strong attention to detail Ability to use hand and power tools safely Experience installing trim, doors, cabinets, and finish materials Ability to identify quality concerns and solve problems independently Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable attendance Why Join Axhoj?
