Positions Hiring Foreman:

10+ years commercial millwork experience or current relevant experience as a lead carpenter Lead a team of carpenters on the job site to complete the work according to the plans while finishing personal daily tasks Includes dividing up tasks and oversight of other carpenters Interact on a daily basis with the project manager, general contractor, architect, millwork companies, and other trades to get the work completed on time Keep track of work completed on the jobsite by submitting daily reports to the project manager and general contractor Ability to recognize and record work being done that is not in the scope of our contract and turn in a report to the project manager Ability to help your team work through problems High attention to detail and quality of work Fast paced work environment, must be able to keep job on schedule and budget Ability to read and understand plans Must have own tools

Carpenter:

2+ years commercial millwork experience or current relevant carpentry experience Lead and complete project tasks Work alone or with a team High attention to detail and quality of work Interact with the lead carpenter or project manager on a daily basis to get the work done correctly and on time Ability to read and understand plans Fast paced work environment, must be able to keep task on budget Must have own tools
