We specialize in residential and commercial projects, and we're seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter to join our growing team.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Lead Carpenter to oversee and execute a variety of construction tasks. The ideal candidate will have expertise in carpentry, rough in framing, Masonry, Crawlspace encapsulation and basic plumbing and electrical . As a Lead Carpenter, you will manage projects, coordinate with team members, and ensure work meets our high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform advanced structural reinforcement and repair jobs in crawlspaces Install full encapsulation, foam board, liner, tape, French drain Install dehumidifier, drip lines and electrical outlets Read and understand basic structural engineering reports Lead and supervise small crews, delegating tasks and ensuring timely project completion. Read and interpret sketches, and project plans. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Order materials and manage inventory to prevent delays. Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple tasks. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
