Job Description:

We're seeking dependable and hardworking team members to help construct our sheds on-site at customer locations throughout the greater Wilmington area. This is a hands-on, outdoor position — every day is different, and you'll get to see your work come to life.

Responsibilities:

Assist with all phases of shed construction, including framing, roofing, siding, and trim work Load and unload materials at job sites Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule Represent Cape Fear Shed with professionalism and respect at each job site

Requirements:

Reliable transportation to and from job sites (all within the Wilmington area) Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions Positive attitude and strong work ethic Punctual, dependable, and willing to learn No prior construction experience required — we provide on-the-job training Preferred (but not required): Experience in framing, carpentry, or general construction Valid driver's license

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through

Friday Pay:

Competitive hourly pay based on experience ($17-$25/hour) Performance-based raises and advancement opportunities
