Pole Barn & Stud Frame Building Framer ND Construction LLC - Dickinson, ND ND Construction LLC is seeking an experienced and dependable Framer to join our team. This position focuses primarily on the construction of pole barns, post-frame buildings, stud-frame buildings, metal roofing, and exterior building systems . We are looking for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities Construct and erect pole barns, post-frame buildings, and stud-frame structures. Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and building plans. Set posts, install girts, trusses, purlins, and framing components. Install metal roofing, steel siding, house wrap, and exterior trim. Frame walls, floors, and roof systems for residential and commercial projects. Operate power tools, hand tools, lifts, skid steers, and other construction equipment safely. Measure, cut, and assemble building materials accurately. Maintain a clean and safe job site. Follow all company safety policies and building code requirements. Qualifications Experience in framing, pole barn construction, post-frame buildings, or general carpentry required. Ability to read tape measures and construction plans. Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions. Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly. Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Valid driver's license preferred.
