Job Description

Upscale Property Management Company in Fargo Seeking a Full-Time Carpenter. If you have a mechanical aptitude, clean background, driving record, and a desire to learn and grow, we'll train you.
Responsibilities Include:
Dismantling & rebuilding decks Reframing basements Replacing windows & doors Perform work orders and property maintenance Recondition units Grounds keeping Snow removal Equipment maintenance Maintain organization and cleanliness Periodic scheduled on-call Ideal applicant: Solid work history Strong service orientation Ability to work well with tenants and staff Professional image and appearance Upbeat demeanor and excellent communication skills Ability to manage shifting priorities Math skills proficiency Self-starter/motivated individual Must be able to successfully pass background screening.
