Full-Time Looking for steady work with a crew that gets the job done right? Build Right Inc. is hiring a carpenter to assist on residential and commercial projects throughout the Fargo-Moorhead region. This is a full-time, hands-on role with room to grow fast, put in the work, and you'll have the opportunity to move up in the company.

What You'll Be Doing:
Assist with framing, deck building, finish work, and other construction tasks. Load, unload, and move materials efficiently on-site. Operate hand and power tools safely and correctly. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Follow directions from Crew Leads to keep jobs on track.
What We're Looking For:
Some construction or carpentry experience required
  • preferred 3+ years, but we'll train the right person.
Hardworking, dependable, and willing to learn. Physically capable of lifting materials, working in various weather conditions, and handling the demands of construction work. Reliable transportation to job sites around Fargo-Moorhead and nearby rural areas. Positive attitude and a team-first mindset. Want to Move Up? Here's Your Chance.
