Position:
Full-Time Lead Carpenter River Rock Property is a locally owned property management and construction company serving the Fargo-Moorhead area. We take pride in delivering quality workmanship, exceptional service, and reliable solutions for property owners and residents alike. As our construction division continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Carpenter to join our team. What You'll Do Lead and perform residential and light commercial construction projects. Complete framing, finish carpentry, remodeling, repairs, and general construction work. Coordinate daily job site activities and maintain project quality standards. Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely. Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and professional. Identify and resolve construction issues efficiently. Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, tenants, and property owners when needed. Follow all company and job site safety procedures. Qualifications 3+ years of carpentry or construction experience preferred. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices. Ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal supervision. Experience with remodeling, maintenance, and repair work is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work. Reliable, dependable, and committed to producing quality work. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
