• About the Opportunity
• We are seeking a skilled
• Commercial Carpenter
• to join our construction team in the Fargo area. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial building applications, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Key Responsibilities
• + Perform framing, drywall installation, and finishing work on commercial construction projects + Install doors, frames, hardware, trim, casework, and other carpentry components + Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications + Measure, cut, and shape materials using hand tools and power tools + Ensure work meets quality standards and safety regulations + Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other trades + Maintain a clean and organized work area •Qualifications•+ 2+ years of commercial carpentry experience preferred + Ability to read construction plans and use carpentry tools safely + Knowledge of commercial construction methods and standards + Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail + Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor + Valid driver's license and reliable transportation •Preferred Skills•+ Experience with metal stud framing and drywall systems + Finish carpentry experience + Ability to work with minimal supervision •Benefits•+ Competitive pay (DOE) + Health, dental, and vision insurance options + Paid time off and holidays + Steady, year-round work + Opportunities for advancement within the company •Job Type & Location•This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, ND.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
