- We are seeking a skilled Framer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various construction techniques and be proficient in using a variety of tools to frame structures accurately and efficiently.
Duties:
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood and metal frames according to blueprints and specifications
- Install structures such as windows, doors, and staircases
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project completion within deadlines
- Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and complies with building codes
- Perform tasks involving heavy lifting and working at heights
Qualifications:
- Experience in framing or related fields
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for construction projects
- Knowledge of construction management principles is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks
- Familiarity with roof construction
