Entry-Level Deck Carpenter -
Starting Wage:
$18/hr Full-Time | Year-Round Work | Omaha Area Decks, Decks, & More Decks is hiring entry-level carpenters who are eager to learn the deck-building trade. We're looking for dependable individuals with a strong work ethic who enjoy working outdoors and want to build a long-term career in carpentry. No deck construction experience is required—we'll train the right person. We are a well-established custom deck company serving the Omaha area for over 45 years, specializing in cedar and low-maintenance composite decks. We are committed to building quality projects with quality employees. Pay & Benefits Starting wage: $18/hr Opportunities for advancement and pay increases based on skill, reliability, and performance Steady, year-round work Overtime opportunities Paid holidays Paid summer break Optional health care and retirement plans after the standard waiting period Responsibilities Assist in all phases of deck construction Use construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently Work well with crew members to maintain a safe, productive job site Represent the company professionally with customers Take pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail Requirements Valid driver's license Authorized to work in the United States Comfortable working at heights Able to repeatedly lift and carry materials weighing up to 80 lbs. Reliable, hard-working, and eager to learn Tobacco-free during working hours Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Summer schedule: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Home every evening; no weekend work If you're dependable, enjoy working with your hands, and are looking for a long-term career rather than just a job, we'd love to hear from you.
