Hammer & Trowel Construction is a residential framing contractor specializing in high-quality exterior building envelopes. Our work includes structural framing, siding, window and door installation, exterior trim, and other aspects of residential construction. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Laborer / Apprentice Carpenter who is interested in starting a career in construction and growing with our company. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn the trade, develop their skills, and become a valuable member of our team.Responsibilities include:
Assisting with residential framing and exterior construction projects Learning proper use of hand tools and power tools Helping with material handling, site organization, and job preparation Installing siding, windows, doors, trim, and other exterior components Maintaining a clean and safe job site Working alongside experienced carpenters to develop construction skillsQualifications:
No prior experience required — willingness to learn is key Reliable transportation and good work ethic Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work well as part of a teamWhat We Offer:
