Full-Time About Us Cornerstone Contractors & Property Management is a growing residential renovation company focused on quality craftsmanship, efficiency, and system-driven execution . We operate with clear systems, strong communication, and accountability — not chaos. Our goal is to deliver high-quality work while maintaining strong margins and a professional jobsite environment. Position Overview We are hiring a Lead Carpenter / Assistant Foreman to run job sites and lead a small crew (2-3 people). This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for executing projects efficiently, maintaining organization, and ensuring the crew produces at a high level. What a Typical Day Looks Like Set up and review the daily production board Assign tasks and get the crew moving efficiently Perform hands-on carpentry work alongside the team Document progress using CompanyCam Adjust workflow based on job conditions Communicate updates, issues, and progress Key Responsibilities Jobsite Leadership Run daily operations on residential renovation projects Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite Keep projects on schedule and within scope Production & Quality Perform and oversee framing, drywall, finish carpentry, remodeling, and general construction work Inspect work at each phase and correct issues immediately Double-check layouts, materials, and installations Crew Management Assign daily tasks and manage workflow Hold team accountable to attendance, quality, and pace Train and support crew members Field Systems & Organization Maintain a daily Documentation Track tasks, phases, and crew assignments Ensure no confusion on what's being done next Technology & Documentation (Non-Negotiable) Document all phases of work with photos Track progress and follow digital work orders

What We're Looking For Required:
5+ years in residential construction or renovations Strong skills in framing, drywall, finish carpentry, and remodeling Proven ability to lead a crew or run projects Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to read plans and think ahead Valid driver's license (non-negotiable — company vehicle may be provided)
Must Have:
Comfortable with technology or willing to learn quickly Organized and able to manage multiple tasks clearly Strong problem-solving ability in the field Compensation & Benefits $27-$35 per hour (based on experience) Paid lunches Paid Time Off (PTO): Earned after 3 months Up to 40 hours per year
