ROI is actively seeking Concrete Laborers and Carpenters for ongoing projects in the Keene, NH area. This role involves supporting skilled tradesmen on active construction sites, assisting with concrete work, site preparation, and general labor duties. Essential Functions /

Position Responsibilities:

• Adhere to and promote all Company Safety Policies and Code of Conduct
• Offload, organize, and transport materials and equipment
• Assist skilled tradesmen with layout, installation, and finishing of concrete and carpentry work
• Hand excavate trenches and prepare job sites as needed
• Assist with concrete formwork, pouring, and finishing
• Perform demolition, cleanup, and site prep tasks
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Support pipe installation and sitework as required
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

Hiring Requirements:

• OSHA 10 Certification (can be obtained through company)
• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing job site conditions
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform physical labor
• Valid Driver's License preferred

Additional Requirements:

• Basic tools required: tool belt, utility knife, hammer, tape measure
• Steel toe boots required
• PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves) provided
• Reliable transportation and strong communication skills required

Pay Range:

$22.00/hr. - $26.00/hr.
