This role is responsible for installing acoustical ceiling systems, specialty ceiling components, and related interior construction work while maintaining our high standards for safety, quality, and productivity. What You'll Do Install acoustical ceiling systems, tile, and grid Measure, mark, and lay out work accurately from plans and field conditions Safely operate and maintain hand and power tools Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the project Meet production goals while maintaining quality workmanship Follow all company safety requirements and jobsite procedures Qualifications Experience in commercial construction, acoustical ceilings, or related trades preferred OSHA certification preferred, company-provided training and certification available Ability to read tape measures, perform layouts, and work from construction drawings Hilti tool and line laser experience is a plus Scissor lift and boom lift certifications preferred or willingness to obtain Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50lbs, including construction materials, tools, and equipment Ability to perform physical work throughout the day, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and working overhead Ability to travel to and work at various construction job sites and maintain reliable transportation to assigned locations Why Build Your Career at Metro Walls?
