Job Description

Tired of chasing work and random down periods? Would you like a consistent 5 work days per week between the hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday-Friday? Red Oak Apartment Homes is seeking an experienced carpenter for our NH properties. This is a hands-on position, which requires good leadership and modeling for our associates. The ideal candidate will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure quality work. Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks to ensure a positive outcome.
Responsibilities:
Completes assigned projects in a timely manner with quality workmanship. Ensure material availability for each job. Interact with other associates to maintain communication as priorities shift. Coordinates with other Red Oak associates, managers and contractors to ensure work is on schedule, and complies with technical and safety requirements. Establish respectful working relationships with co-workers, outside vendors and sub-contractors.
Requirements:
5+ years prior experience. Must have a strong attention to detail. Must have a reliable vehicle to travel short distances.
