This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from framing and trim carpentry to restoration and remodeling. Much of our work pertains to apartment and condominium maintenance throughout the greater nashua and manchester area. The ideal candidate will be energetic, able to work independently or with a small team, able to perform basic repairs to framing, drywall, trim or paint with you current skill set. Responsibilities Assist in framing, drywall installation, and finishing work using hand tools and power tools Perform trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, and fixture mounting with precision Prepare and install siding, stucco, roofing materials, and masonry elements as needed Conduct concrete forming, rebar installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and plastering tasks Support restoration efforts including water damage remediation, mold removal, and general repairs Handle heavy lifting safely while maintaining adherence to safety protocols on construction sites Assist with plumbing, electrical work, metal stud framing Maintain a clean and organized work environment while ensuring compliance with safety standards Proficiency in using hand tools such as hammers, saws, chisels, and levels; familiarity with power tools including drills and saws Strong background in carpentry disciplines: trim carpentry, frame carpentry, metal stud framing, cabinetry installation Knowledge of construction site safety procedures and ability to operate heavy machinery when necessary Ability to perform demolition or restoration work including water damage restoration or mold remediation Skilled in fabrication techniques for custom projects or structural components Experience with roofing installation, siding application, masonry work or tile laying is highly desirable Capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required on construction sites Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and understanding project plans Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values craftsmanship and safety!
