COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN
We are a growing specialty contractor seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee commercial construction projects throughout New England. The ideal candidate has experience running commercial job sites, leading crews, coordinating with general contractors, maintaining schedules, and delivering high-quality work. Experience with Division 10 products is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right individual who has strong leadership skills and a solid commercial construction background.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise installation crews on commercial projects Coordinate daily work activities and job site logistics Communicate effectively with project managers, superintendents, and general contractors Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Maintain project schedules and productivity goals Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Enforce safety standards and maintain organized job sites Train and mentor crew members
Qualifications:
5+ years of commercial construction experience Previous foreman, superintendent, lead carpenter, or crew leader experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and construction documents Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
