Carpenter / Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Carpenter/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a variety of construction projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to remodeling kitchens, bathrooms, interiors, and exteriors. Build and finish certain aspects of addition and extensive renovations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge your skills and expand your experience in the construction industry. Duties Assist with kitchen and bathroom remodeling, additions, complete renovations and restoration projects and efforts to update or repair existing structures Conduct trim carpentry, woodworking, framing carpentry, drywall, siding, etc. as needed Operate equipment and power tools safely to facilitate efficient project progress Read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide construction tasks and ensure project specifications are met Keep a clean and organized work area and job site. Work as a group or independently at times. Must have basic tools. Must have valid NJ drivers license and transportation. You will need to be able to get to projects on your own. Skills General experience in kitchen and bathroom renovations, carpentry, framing, drywall etc. Blueprint reading and interpreting schematics for accurate project execution Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and relevant machinery safely Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently throughout the workday Familiarity with construction management principles to coordinate tasks efficiently on-site Experience with framing carpentry, woodworking, trim carpentrydrywall, siding, etc. as needed Knowledge of restoration processes and remodeling best practices within construction projects Excellent understanding of safety standards related to construction site operations Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and reading technical. Pay:

$18.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
