This position focuses on fine carpentry, custom fabrication, set construction, and field installation for unique indoor and outdoor projects. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on craftsmanship, creative problem-solving, and collaborating with a team to bring custom projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities Perform fine carpentry for custom indoor and outdoor projects Build components for set designs and specialty installations Complete custom wood fabrication, assembly, and finishing tasks Assist with project installations in shop and field environments Read and interpret architectural drawings, fabrication plans, and millwork details Troubleshoot and resolve project challenges during fabrication and installation Collaborate with fabrication and project teams to meet deadlines Support other departments as business and project needs require Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of carpentry, millwork, or wood fabrication experience Experience with fine carpentry, custom builds, and specialty fabrication preferred Ability to read and understand architectural and fabrication drawings Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Effective communication and organizational skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 75 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation What We're Looking For A team member who takes pride in quality craftsmanship Someone with a positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning A reliable professional who enjoys working collaboratively Someone interested in developing skills and growing long-term within the company Equal Employment Opportunity Statement We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
