Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Carpenter Helper/Laborer and be a vital part of transforming ideas into reality! You'll gain hands-on experience across multiple facets of construction, from framing and trim carpentry to restoration and installation work, all while developing your skills in a fast-paced environment. Paid training and mentorship ensure you'll thrive as you build your career in the construction industry. What you'll do Perform general labor duties such as hauling materials and demolition. Support the daily setup and cleanup of construction sites, including heavy lifting and material handling. Opportunity to learn a trade assisting skilled carpenters with framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, and fixture installation. Handle hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and assemble materials according to project specifications. Power tools supplied. Must have own hand tools. Help with all project related tasks. Read plans and schematics to understand project requirements. Requirements Prior experience in construction or related fields such as manufacturing or remodeling is preferred but not required—training will be provided! Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and basic construction techniques. Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day. Basic understanding of plans or schematics is a plus but not mandatory—training will be available. Strong work ethic with attention to safety standards and quality workmanship. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills. Valid driver's license is required for site travel and material pickup Join us in building structures that stand the test of time!
