Concrete Laborer / Concrete Repair Technician (Open to Spanish Speaking / Bilingual) $20-$30

Travel throughout NY & NJ Job Summary We are hiring a Concrete Repair Technician to perform heavy, hands‑on concrete restoration work on commercial and infrastructure projects. This role includes chipping, grinding, patching, and structural repair in demanding environments. Ideal candidates are safety‑focused, reliable, and comfortable working at heights. Responsibilities Perform concrete repair including chipping, grinding, demolition, and patching Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE, including respirators Work at heights using fall‑protection systems and scaffolding Travel to multiple job sites across NY and NJ Qualifications Experience with heavy concrete labor or construction work Physically able to lift, kneel, bend, and work long hours Able to wear a half‑face respirator and pass fit testing Comfortable in high‑dust, noisy work environments Reliable transportation required OSHA certification a plus, not required Why Apply Competitive pay based on experience Steady work on large‑scale projects Strong safety culture and training Opportunity for advancement into lead or foreman roles Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Paterson, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
