Clean Driver's License The Opportunity You will serve as a vital craftsperson, driving the execution of high-end kitchen, bathroom, and custom home transformations. This role allows you to showcase your diverse technical skills while leading subcontractors and interacting directly with homeowners. You will have the opportunity to grow within a stable, family-oriented environment that truly values your dedication to quality. How You Will Make an Impact Execute full-scope residential remodeling projects including demolition, framing, drywall, and high-end finish carpentry. Install custom cabinetry, fine trim, doors, and windows with absolute precision and attention to detail. Manage daily job site operations to maintain safety, cleanliness, and strict dust control protocols. Coordinate and oversee specialized subcontractors including electricians, plumbers, and tile setters on-site. Interpret and translate detailed blueprints and design plans into stunning completed spaces. Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, design teams, and company management daily. Required Qualifications & Experience Proven experience working in residential finish carpentry and full-scope remodeling environments. Strong hands-on proficiency in framing, drywall installation, cabinetry setup, and custom trim work. Ability to interpret blueprints independently and efficiently manage work on individual project sites. Professional demeanor paired with strong communication skills suitable for direct client interaction. Physical capacity to lift heavy materials, bend, kneel, and operate power tools safely. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Specialized background focused on high-end kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. Hands-on tile setting expertise utilizing porcelain, ceramic, and natural stone materials. Prior experience managing on-site trades and directing independent subcontractors.
