Carpenter / Laborer

Duties Assist with framing, trim carpentry, and metal stud framing tasks using hand tools and power tools Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate project execution Perform heavy lifting and material handling safely across various job sites Install fixtures, doors, siding, cabinetry, and flooring with precision and attention to detail Support demolition, remodeling, and restoration projects by preparing surfaces and performing finishing tasks such as caulking and painting Assist with plumbing, electrical work, masonry, tile laying, or other specialized trades as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times Qualifications Prior construction site experience or hands-on laborer background in the construction or restoration industry preferred Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and safety equipment Ability to read blueprints or schematics for accurate project execution Knowledge of various construction techniques including framing, drywall installation (including plastering), roofing, siding, and flooring installation Experience with fabrication processes such as metal stud framing or woodworking is a plus Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights if necessary Familiarity with schematics related to electrical or plumbing systems is advantageous Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude towards safety and quality standards Women and minorities encouraged to apply.

$25.00 - $37.00 per hour
