About One Horizon Homes One Horizon Homes is a growing design & build firm committed to delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our team and help build and renovate homes to the highest standards. Responsibilities Perform rough and finish carpentry on residential construction and renovation projects. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Install framing, doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, and other wood structures. Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials accurately. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and team members. Ensure all work meets quality standards and building codes. Identify and resolve construction issues as they arise. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of carpentry experience preferred. Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and materials. Ability to read blueprints and construction plans. Proficient with carpentry tools and equipment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks. OSHA certification is a plus but not required.
