We are currently looking for a part-time Exterior Carpenter / Handyman with the potential to become full-time. This position is for someone who is skilled, dependable, comfortable with exterior work, and takes pride in professional-quality repairs and installations.
Typical work includes:
Deck repairs and small deck construction Exterior carpentry and framing Fascia and soffit repairs Gutter and downspout repairs or replacements Exterior trim repairs Exterior door installations and adjustments Basic window installations and replacements Siding repairs Vent installations through exterior walls Light demolition and preparation work General exterior handyman repairs We focus on quality installation, clean work, and professional service — not rushed work.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Basic hand tools Comfortable working on ladders Professional communication and appearance Ability to work at customer homes professionally and respectfully 5+ years of experience preferred Must be dependable and detail oriented Pay is $28-$35 per hour depending on experience and skill set. This is a part-time position with strong potential to become full-time as the company continues to grow.
Pay:
$28.00 - $35.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
