Apprentice Carpenter / Laborer

Responsibilities Assist with framing, drywall installation, and finishing tasks using hand tools and power tools. Support the installation of windows, doors, siding, cabinetry, and trim-work across various projects. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate work. Perform heavy lifting and material handling safely on construction sites. Help with restoration projects including water damage remediation. Follow safety protocols diligently while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Must have a valid driver's license and provide yourself transportation to and from the jobsite everyday. Must be clean and sober (no drug or alcohol use is permitted). Must be pleasant and respectful to your fellow workers and to our customers. Must be reliable, we need someone who is motivated to work everyday. Skills Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment operation. Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics for accurate project execution. Experience or interest in various carpentry specialties such as trim carpentry, framing, drywall, cabinet installation, window installation or door hanging. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required on construction sites. Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction. Prior experience in construction is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. Willingness to learn new skills.
