Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Carpenter / Carpenter Helper, where your skills will bring building projects to life! This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of construction sites, assisting in framing, trim work, roofing, and restoration projects. Whether you're experienced or eager to learn, you'll be part of a motivated crew dedicated to delivering quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities Assist with framing and finishing work using hand tools and power tools Support the installation of doors, windows, cabinets, siding, and fixtures according to schematics and blueprints Perform heavy lifting of materials such as lumber, concrete forms, rebar, and other construction components. Experience Prior experience in construction or carpentry is highly preferred but not a necessity. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools. Knowledge of various construction disciplines including remodeling, water damage restoration. Experience working on construction sites with safety protocols in place Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday Restoration industry experience or handyman background is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is valued highly Join us to build something meaningful while developing your skills in a fast-paced environment!
