Job Description
Lead Carpenter / Working Field Supervisor - Northern NJ Growing construction company building new homes, apartments, condos, and renovations . Work is in Northern NJ (expanding to Southern NJ). We need a hands-on Lead Carpenter who works on the tools daily while running the jobsite from demo through punch list . Requirements (Must Have): Strong experience in all phases of construction Able to read full drawing sets : Architectural HVAC engineered Site / civil plans Knowledge of layout, excavation, and foundations Ability to spot change orders early , write scope, and follow through with paperwork Experience with clients, subs, and inspections Understand building codes Use of iPad/iPhone on site
