Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a wide range of building projects, from metal structures to residential and commercial renovations. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. Duties Erect metal buildings and frameworks with precision, following detailed schematics and blueprints Construct concrete forms, pour and finish concrete surfaces for foundations, floors, and walls Manage and oversee various aspects of construction projects, ensuring timelines and safety protocols are met Install rebar reinforcement for concrete structures, ensuring durability and compliance with specifications Perform masonry work including bricklaying, stucco application, and siding installation Operate heavy equipment safely for lifting, excavation, and site preparation tasks Read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide construction activities Use hand tools and power tools effectively for framing, carpentry, roofing, and finishing work Execute drywall installation, plastering, trim carpentry, and woodworking tasks with attention to detail Conduct roofing repairs or installations while adhering to safety standards Assist in restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged structures or surfaces Support remodeling efforts by removing old materials and installing new fixtures or finishes Skills Extensive experience in metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, roofing, and siding Strong knowledge of construction management principles and site safety practices Proficiency in rebar installation, concrete finishing techniques, and framing carpentry Skilled in the operation of heavy equipment such as forklifts, excavators, or cranes Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Familiarity with the use of hand tools and power tools for various construction tasks Excellent physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in construction environments Experience with restoration or remodeling projects is a plus Join our team as a where your craftsmanship will make a lasting impact!
