In this pivotal role, you will oversee and coordinate complex building projects, ensuring that all aspects of construction are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your expertise will drive project success from inception to completion, inspiring teams and maintaining quality craftsmanship across diverse construction activities. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader passionate about construction management and skilled trades. Duties Lead and supervise construction crews in the erection of metal buildings, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications Oversee concrete forming, rebar installation, and concrete finishing to achieve durable and precise structures Manage masonry work, roofing, siding, stucco, and trim carpentry tasks with a focus on quality and efficiency Coordinate heavy equipment operation, power tools, hand tools, and scaffolding to facilitate smooth workflow on-site Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities accurately Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project timelines throughout all phases of work Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to plan schedules, allocate resources, and resolve on-site issues promptly Experience Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in metal building erection and concrete forming Demonstrated expertise in rebar installation, masonry work, roofing, siding, stucco, and framing carpentry Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and blueprint reading Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, and restoration projects is highly desirable Prior experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety standards and site logistics Ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple tasks in fast-paced environments Strong understanding of construction processes including remodeling, drywall installation, plastering, woodworking, and siding Join us as a Lead to shape innovative structures while fostering a safe and collaborative work environment.
