$43.00/hour (based upon experience)

PER DIEM

$100/day for days worked (if outside 60 miles from job site)

HOURS:

Shifts will be 10-hour workdays, 6 days per week (60+ hours/week)

SCHEDULE

Workdays will be Monday-Saturday; 6:00am•4:30pm

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Carpenter with both wood and metal framing experience to support renovation and construction projects. This role will involve framing work as well as assisting with demolition and site preparation . The ideal candidate has a strong construction background, is comfortable working with multiple framing materials, and can safely perform demolition tasks while maintaining quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform wood and metal stud framing for commercial or residential construction projects Assist with demolition of walls, framing, and other structural components as required Measure, cut, and install framing materials according to project specifications and drawings Install blocking, backing, and other structural supports Use hand and power tools such as saws, drills, nail guns, and other carpentry equipment Maintain a clean and safe work area, including debris removal during demolition Follow all jobsite safety procedures and wear required PPE Work collaboratively with other trades and supervisors to meet project timelines

Qualifications:

Experience with both wood and metal stud framing Previous experience with construction demolition work Ability to read basic construction drawings and measurements Proficient in using common carpentry hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or on a team Reliable and dependable with strong work ethic

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in physically demanding environments Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in construction settings

Additional Requirements:

Must be eligible to work in the United States Reliable transportation to the job site Must be able to pass background check and drug screening OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
