Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Carpenter/Laborer and bring your hands-on skills to life in a fast-paced construction environment! This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from framing and trim carpentry to restoration and remodeling. You'll be instrumental in building, repairing, and restoring structures with precision and craftsmanship. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install various building components using hand tools and power tools Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans Perform framing, trim carpentry, siding, drywall installation, and door hanging tasks with attention to detail Assist with concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, and roofing projects as needed Support restoration efforts including water damage remediation, mold remediation, plastering, stucco application, and general repairs Operate CNC machines for fabrication or assembly tasks when required Handle heavy lifting safely while maintaining adherence to safety protocols on construction sites Qualifications Prior experience in construction or related fields such as manufacturing or remodeling is preferred but not required Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment including scaffolding and heavy machinery Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions accurately Knowledge of various construction disciplines such as carpentry (woodworking, metal stud framing), plumbing, electrical work, flooring installation, tile laying, or fixture installation is a plus Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to safety and quality standards Valid driver's license preferred; OSHA or safety certifications are advantageous Embark on a rewarding career where your craftsmanship makes a real impact!
