Apprentice Carpenter / Laborer

Duties Assist with framing, trim carpentry, and siding installation using hand tools and power tools Support concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work on construction sites Help with fixture installation, door hanging, cabinetry, and flooring projects Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to understand project requirements Perform heavy lifting and assist with roofing, drywall, plastering, and stucco applications Support water damage restoration, mold remediation, and general renovation tasks Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and proper tool handling Qualifications Basic knowledge of construction tools including hand tools and power tools Prior experience or familiarity with construction site work preferred but not required Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as heavy lifting and prolonged standing Strong interest in learning various carpentry techniques including woodworking, metal stud framing, and fixture installation Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Willingness to work outdoors in different weather conditions and adhere to safety standards Experience or knowledge in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, or related fields is a plus Join us in building quality structures while developing your skills in a supportive environment!
