In this vital role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction activities, general construction as a carpenter. Duties Erect stick framed structures with precision, following detailed schematics and blueprints Perform concrete forming, finishing, and reinforcement installation to ensure durable and high-quality res Install rebar and other steel components according to project specifications for structural integrity Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide construction processes Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently for framing, carpentry, roofing, trim work, and restoration projects Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects, ensuring timely completion while maintaining safety standards Assist with site management duties such as coordinating materials delivery, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with regulations Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as needed to support various phases of construction projects Skills Strong knowledge of construction management principles and site safety procedures Skilled in framing carpentry (including woodwork and trim), and plastering Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on active job sites Excellent blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret schematics accurately Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding setup, and other construction equipment Familiarity with restoration work and remodeling processes across diverse project types Physical stamina for heavy lifting, working at heights, or in confined spaces as required by the job Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and project managers Join us where your craftsmanship will contribute directly to building durable structures that stand the test of time.
