In this role, you will be responsible for installing, finishing, and repairing interior and exterior trim components, including moldings, baseboards, door and window casings, and other woodwork. Your expertise will contribute to high-quality craftsmanship on residential, commercial, and restoration projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that enhance the aesthetic and functional aspects of buildings while honing your carpentry skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install trim elements using hand tools and power tools with precision and attention to detail Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine specifications for trim installation Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or applying caulking to ensure smooth finishes Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to coordinate installation schedules and ensure timely project completion Perform framing tasks, including metal stud framing and wood framing as needed for trim applications Assist with restoration projects involving water damage repair, stucco application, siding replacement, or mold remediation Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while adhering to safety protocols at all times Qualifications Proven experience in trim carpentry, framing carpentry, or related construction roles with a strong portfolio of completed projects Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, chisels, hammers, levels, and measuring tapes; familiarity with power tools including drills and sanders Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics for accurate installation planning Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on construction sites Experience with various construction disciplines such as drywall finishing, flooring installation, tile laying, cabinetry installation, roofing, or electrical work is a plus Strong understanding of safety standards in the construction industry; commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings Join our team if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your skills to exciting projects!
