We are seeking Lead Carpenters that will take a leadership role of their project. Candidates must have a minimum 7 years experience which include all aspects of residential construction. Candidates must have:
Strong skills in both rough and finish carpentry. Manage jobsite, carpenter, vendors and subcontractors. Organizational skills, project documentation and attention to details. Ability to read construction drawings and execute per plan. Train and mentor apprentice carpenters. Good customer relations and communication skills. Valid driver's license and truck or van. Must have their own tools including power and hand. Drug Free Environment.
