Job Description
We are seeking a skilled, experienced carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in construction. We work primarily around Chautauqua Lake, building new homes and renovating existing. A driver's license and reliable transportation is a must.
Benefits include:

- Collaborate with contractors, architects, engineers, and home owners
- Implement and enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards ## Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of workers
