Job Description

Are you a dedicated worker looking to be part of a dynamic team? Look no further! We are currently seeking motivated laborers and experienced lead carpenter to join our growing company.
Position:
Laborers and Lead Carpenters Location:
CNY and surrounding area
Laborers:
Assist with various construction tasks including but not limited to helping with carpenty tasks, carrying materials, and site cleanup. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment. Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Lead Carpenters:
Experience in deck building. Oversee construction projects from start to finish. Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
Laborers:
Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Prior experience in construction. Must have license and reliable vehicle.
Lead Carpenters:
Proven experience in construction management or a similar role. Extensive knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Must have license and reliable vehicle .
