The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks, basic plumbing and electrical experience. The individual must have the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. Execute turnover projects, including flooring and cabinetry. Lay tiles for flooring or wall applications as needed. Assemble furniture or other structures as required. Collaborate with colleagues to complete projects efficiently. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience as a Carpenter. Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods. Basic plumbing and electrical experience. Familiarity with construction painting techniques is preferred. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong physical stamina and dexterity for handling tools and materials safely. A valid and clean driver's license may be required.
