The ideal candidate will have hands-on construction experience, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage residential job sites from start to finish. You'll oversee a dedicated crew, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain the high standards our clients expect.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities on residential job sites Lead and work alongside carpenters, laborers, and subcontractors Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specs Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and scope of work Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and suppliers Manage materials, tools, and job site logistics Monitor progress and report on project status regularly
Qualifications:
5+ years of residential construction experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of carpentry, framing, and general construction techniques Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction drawings Strong leadership and communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation OSHA certification a plus Commitment to safety, quality, and team collaboration
