Mid-level Carpenter

DJ's Home Improvements is seeking a dependable Carpenter to join our residential remodeling team. We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and full-home renovations throughout Nassau County. We're looking for someone with solid carpentry knowledge, strong communication skills, and a willingness to grow within a professional remodeling environment. This position is ideal for a carpenter who can work independently once tasks are clearly assigned and is looking to continue developing their skills alongside an experienced team.

Responsibilities:

Assist with residential remodeling projects from demolition through finish work Perform carpentry tasks including framing, trim, cabinetry installation, and general finish work Complete assigned work independently after direction from project management or lead carpenter Maintain clean and organized jobsites Communicate professionally with homeowners, subcontractors, and team members

Requirements:

Residential carpentry or remodeling experience required Ability to work independently and stay organized on-site Strong attention to detail and professionalism Willingness to learn and grow within the company Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation:
