Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Finish Carpenter / Installer to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality finish carpentry and installation work across various projects, ensuring precision, durability, and aesthetic appeal. Your expertise will contribute to transforming spaces through expert craftsmanship, whether working on custom cabinetry, trim work, door hanging, or fixture installation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative environment where your skills directly impact the final look and functionality of each project. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install trim, cabinetry, doors, and fixtures with accuracy and attention to detail Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise execution of installation tasks Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for framing, finishing, and fabrication work Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for construction site work Conduct repairs and restoration projects involving water damage remediation, stucco application, siding installation, or masonry work Apply caulking, plastering, roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, and other finishing techniques to achieve high-quality results Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety standards Qualifications Proven experience in finish carpentry, trim carpentry, framing carpentry, or related construction roles Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and blueprint reading skills Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery (if applicable), and fabrication techniques Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety protocols and heavy lifting procedures Familiarity with various building materials including metal studs, drywall (plastering), concrete forming, rebar installation, siding, roofing materials, and cabinetry Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately for fixture installation or remodeling projects Prior experience in restoration industry settings or water damage restoration is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality craftsmanship in remodeling or renovation projects Valid driver's license preferred; ability to travel between job sites as needed Join us to bring craftsmanship excellence to life!
