Full-time- Monday-Friday (+ optional overtime)

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a motivated Carpenter Apprentice to join our team. This is an entry-level, hands-on role with the opportunity to learn all aspects of residential construction. No prior experience is required- construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with framing, demo, and general carpentry tasks
- Load, unload, and move materials
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Support lead carpenters and crew members
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Enjoys working with their hands and being active
- Physically capable (lifting 50+ lbs, working on feet)
- Reliable, honest, and dependable
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Professional attitude
- Own basic tools (ideal)
