Carpenter

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various carpentry techniques and be able to work on diverse projects, from residential renovations to high end large scale residential projects. The Carpenter will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to work collaboratively with other trades. Duties Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials. Perform construction painting tasks to finish surfaces as required. Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, and windows with precision. Form concrete for foundations, slabs, and other structures. Execute heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to proper lifting techniques. Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate project execution. Ability to work alone. Measure, cut and accurately install trim, T&G and siding. Create solutions for problems that arise on jobs. Requirements Minimum (3) years proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role in construction. Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and repair. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks throughout the workday. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients. Arrive to work on time consistently. Must have own transportation. Drivers license is required.
