Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction tasks, from framing, siding window installation, sheetrock, electrical, flooring, custom tile showers, finish trim and more Your expertise will help ensure the successful completion of projects while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency on-site. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, utilizing your technical skills and hands-on experience to make a tangible impact. Willing to train in but experience in one or more areas is a must Responsibilities Execute framing carpentry tasks such as woodworking, trim carpentry, with precision Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to support various construction activities Read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide project execution and ensure specifications are met Support restoration and remodeling projects by applying carpentry, siding, roofing, and other finishing skills Requirements Proven experience in construction site work with a focus Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation safely and effectively Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawing Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while maintaining safety standards Experience with framing carpentry including woodworking, trim carpentryand restoration projects Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently when needed Join our team if you're passionate about construction excellence!
