Role is a full time employment with an established local contractor. Team member will be responsible for completing a variety of interior construction tasks and to oversee one or two additional carpenters/ helper. ```Duties```

• Complete and oversee day to day onsite construction operations from start to finish
• Coordinate with project manager for materials and labor management.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
• Complete all interior construction work to company and client standards. ```Experience```
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of interior construction work to include flooring, trim carpentry, framing, drywall, etc.
• Familiarity with budgeting and cost control measures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage workers
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise during construction project. ```Pay and Benefits```

Frontier primarily focuses on renovating value-add investment properties in need of development throughout the Buffalo and Niagara Falls regions. We also perform large renovations on owner occupied homes and on commercail/residential properties that need extensive rehab.
