Carpenter About the Role We're seeking a skilled and dependable Carpenter to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, works well independently or with a crew, and can deliver high‑quality results on a variety of projects. Key Responsibilities Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures using wood, metal, plywood, and other materials. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications. Measure, cut, and shape materials with precision. Install cabinets, doors, windows, framing, trim, and flooring. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Inspect work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and team members. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications Proven experience as a carpenter. Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools. Ability to work with both wood and metal. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Solid understanding of safety procedures. Physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ lbs. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
