Our carpenters come in after are restoration technicians perform all the demo necessary and have the job clean and ready for rebuild.
Duties:
Once the bones are good, you'll show off your skills with high-end trim, moldings, and window installs that make people forget there was ever a disaster. Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine dimensions and materials needed. You'll use your tools like an extension of your own hands, ensuring every cut is clean and every piece of hardware is perfectly aligned. Our Carpenters receive a line-by-line scope with every detail and specifications to take out the guess work of what is involved with the project. You'll communicate with the team and project managers to make sure the NYS building codes are met and the homeowners are happy. Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace, adhering to safety regulations, and using equipment like scaffolding or concrete forms. Why Choose Us? Requirements:
Experience in framing, trim, and cabinetry is a must. You are at least 18 years old and possess a valid NYS Driver's License. You have a "Safety First" mindset. You know your way around power tools, ladders, and job sites without needing a chaperone. You can lift, bend, reach, and stay on your feet—even when the North Country weather tries to tell you otherwise. You're working in people's homes and offices during stressful times. You need to be respectful, clean, and a solid communicator with both the crew and the clients. You don't just use tools; you respect them.
