Carpenter / Laborer

Carpenter Laborer•Siding Crew We are looking to hire a dependable Carpenter Laborers to join our siding crew for light commercial projects. The ideal candidates will have basic carpentry or construction experience, a strong work ethic, and willing to learn while working alongside experienced installers.

Responsibilities:

Assist with installation of vinyl, fiber cement, wood, and composite siding Help with exterior trim, flashing, soffit, and fascia work Load/unload materials and keep job sites clean and organized Measure, cut, and prepare materials Operate hand and power tools safely Work with crew members to complete projects on schedule

Requirements:

Construction or carpentry experience preferred Ability to work on ladders and scaffolding Reliable transportation and strong attendance Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors year-round Ability to travel for various jobs Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn
